Skippy has been my nickname for as long as I can remember, so when it came time to bring my dream coffee cart to life, there was never another name in the running.
Coffee has always been more than a drink to me. It's been a passion, a hobby, and honestly, a bit of an obsession — whether I'm hunting down the perfect latte, creating new flavor combinations, or talking coffee with fellow caffeine lovers, I'm always chasing that next great cup.
My personal favorite is a specialty iced latte — though you'll find everything from classic cappuccinos and macchiatos to creative seasonal specials on the menu, too.
Skippy's Café was born from that love of coffee and a desire to create something that brings people together. My goal is to create more than just great coffee — I want every guest to feel like they're part of the family.
